A Little About me

I live in Shetland with my husband and I’m a proud mam to two amazing kids. They’re my biggest inspiration and a huge part of why I do what I do. My healing journey began in ernest when I decided to become the kind of mam they really deserved.It’s been a journey of peeling back the layers—working through the things from my past that haunted me, changing my habitual patterns that were keeping me stuck and learning to accept me as I am. It has helped me to get closer to who I really am underneath all the bullshit stories I adopted along the way about who or what I was "supposed" to be. It hasn’t always been easy, not by a long shot, but...it has been worth it, to live with more peace and joy and love, more than I ever imagined I could have.I want to be that example for my children—not a perfect being but a real one. By choosing self-love, self-acceptance, and showing up as who I am in a world that often teaches us to shrink, hide, or stay quiet. I believe we all have the right to shine our truth and light out into the world, in fact it is not just a right, the world needs it. If each of us shine our uniqueness out into the world, what a better place it would be for all our children.

I am passionate about a lot of things, my family and friends, books (especially fantasy), crystals, personal growth, spirituality and the word fuck...well I am Scottish!!My vision for the world is one where we all feel safe to be who we really are. A world where we recognise our own gifts, own our uniqueness, and let who we are shine without fear or shame, without hiding ourselves for the comfort of others!!I imagine a space where everyone is welcome and loved for who they truly are. Where we feel empowered, not just surviving but consciously creating a life that feels good, aligned, and full of meaning.It’s not about being happy all the time—but knowing how to find our way back to joy. Having the tools, the awareness, and the support to make it through life with more ease, more self-trust, and a deeper connection to ourselves.

I love holding sacred space for women who are ready to come back to themselves, to their own truth, to connecting to what it is they really want life to be like. I offer one to one sessions and sometimes we gather in ceremony with others. I weave together Reiki, energy medicine, intuitive guidance, Shamanic practices, ritual, and a whole lot of heart to support deep healing and transformation.My work is about slowing down, tuning in, and creating space for what your soul already knows. reiki classes

LEARN LEVEL ONE AND TWO REIKITraining for each level is five hours (depending on how many students are in the class).Level One Shoden Reiki - this is the introductory course in Reiki training. It focuses on teaching the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and fundamental techniques. During the class, you will learn how to connect with and channel Reiki energy for self-healing and for use on others.Level Two Okuden Reiki - builds upon the foundations learned in Level One and introduces more advanced techniques. It is often referred to as the practitioner level and focuses on enhancing the your ability to channel Reiki energy more effectively and for different purposes.

It’s a ceremony designed entirely around you and what your soul is calling for in this moment.I’ve leaned on these practices through my own challenges — when I’ve needed clarity, direction, or a way to move through emotions that felt too heavy to carry. Ceremony is where I remember who I am underneath all the noise, and I’d be honoured to guide you through the same.Together, we’ll:✨ Open sacred space – I begin by calling in your divine team, the elements, the directions, your ancestors, Mama Gaia, and Mama Cacao.
✨ Work with cacao – As a heart-opening plant spirit, cacao helps us drop into the heart and access deeper layers of wisdom, healing, and truth.
✨ Use intuitively chosen crystals – I’ll choose stones that align with what you’re working through to support and amplify your healing.
✨ Drop into guided meditation – You’ll receive specific messages and insight from your inner self and divine guides.
✨ Journey shamanically – With drum and rhythm, I’ll guide you into a journey to meet your spirit allies (whether they show up as animals, light beings, ancestors, or other guides) and receive wisdom from the unseen realms.
✨ Journal your insights – There’s space for reflection and integration after each stage.
✨ Receive Reiki healing – I’ll channel Reiki energy to support your shift, whilst playing Solfeggio frequencies aligned with what you need.
